Megan Bent is the Founder and Managing Partner at Harbinger Ventures. A lifelong investor and entrepreneur with deep expertise in consumer brands, Megan has spent the past decade working to identify and scale high-growth, early-stage companies in the consumer sector, serving as a lead director, problem solver, operator, strategic thinker and confidant to emerging entrepreneurs. In launching Harbinger in 2016, Megan began leveraging a model that emphasizes female leadership and fosters close collaboration among entrepreneurs and investors to accelerate value creation. Prior to founding Harbinger in 2016, Megan served as Managing
 Director of Revelry Brands. She began her career in private equity and consumer brands at the Parthenon Group, and she holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.

In her roles at Harbinger and Revelry, Megan has demonstrated her ability to serve as an effective lead investor at a complex life stage, working alongside CEOs at both the board and operating level to define and resource strategy, maintain strong governance and recruit and retain best-in-class management teams. Throughout her career, she has helped portfolio companies achieve their business goals and become leaders in their respective industries. Her understanding of risk management and her desire to solve problems have enabled her to effectively navigate challenges and scale portfolio companies, achieving consistent, risk-adjusted returns for investors. Megan sits on the Boards of Once Upon a Farm, Miss Jones Baking Co, Cora, Vitruvi, and Usual Beverage Co.

Christine Dahm is a Senior Marketing Executive with over 25 years experience in both start-up and large multinational consumer packaged goods companies. Most recently, she was the head of Marketing for noosa yoghurt.
Christine’s large company experience includes leadership positions in Marketing, Strategy and Innovation with Nestlé, where she was responsible for leading the teams across all prepared food brands including STOUFFER’S®, LEAN CUISINE®, the HOT POCKETS® and LEAN POCKETS® brands, and BUITONI®.
Christine sits on the Board of Directors for Miss Jones Baking Co, Nona Lim and Formula Fig.

Rachel League is a Senior Associate at Harbinger Ventures. Most recently, she was an investment professional at BDT Capital Partners, working with closely held family- and founder-led businesses on transaction advisory and investment analysis via $18bn of committed capital. Rachel’s prior experience includes Morgan Stanley and Citigroup. Rachel serves on the board of Usual Beverage Co.

Gloria serves as controller at Harbinger Ventures. She holds her CPA license for the states of Colorado and Texas. Since 2010, as the owner/founder of Business Matters Accounting Services, LLC, she provides accounting and reporting services as virtual controller for clients nationwide. Gloria’s prior experience includes corporate controller for Guaranty Financial Group, Inc (now BBVA Compass) and audit manager for Price Waterhouse.

As an organizational enthusiast, Emily is focused on delivering change management and technology adoption solutions to enhance proficiency and attain company strategic goals. She has worked in several operational roles throughout her career within a variety of industries from Sales, Education, Real Estate, to Private Equity. At Harbinger Ventures, Emily handles operational management and team support.
